Terms of Service for commissions through Kofi

I will draw:
▪Furries
▪NSFWI will not draw:
▪Mecca▪Commissions are done via Kofi only.
▪Detailed description or reference picture is required for every commission.
▪Nice language only. Rude language will not be tolerated.
▪Refunds will not be given if the commission is already or near completion.
▪Repeated changes are met with additional charges (these charges are not negotiable).
▪Length of time for each commission will vary depending.
▪Animations can be provided as AVI or GIF files. Stills are provided as PNG.
▪I have the right to refuse any request and a reason does not need to be provided.▪All art belongs to me.
▪Commissioners are entitled to use the art publicly as long as credit to me is given.
▪Manipulation of my art is not permitted unless explicit consent is given.
